If you see the above screen

Open settings

Select Safari

Select Camera

Ask or Allow

Select Ask or Allow

Refresh webpage

Refresh Scan & Win page

Select Allow on the pop-up

Camera should now be enabled

Location Settings

Scroll down & select Safari Websites

Select Ask Next Time Or When I Share or While Using The App

Ensure Precise Location is on

Refresh Webpage

Refresh Scan & Win Webpage

Select Allow on the Pop-up

Location now should be enabled
