Android Troubleshooting

Head to settings

If you see the above screen

Open settings

Select Apps

Open Google Chrome or whichever browser you use

App Info

Select Permissions

App Permissions

Select Camera

Ask or Allow

Select Ask every time or Allow only while using the app

Ensure precise location is on

Refresh Scan & Win webpage

Select Allow on Pop-Up

Camera and Location should now be enabled
